Our planet is getting its revolution speed slower in every hundred years for about 17 milliseconds.
The reason is yet uncertain but is envisaged that the bulk and increasing density of the material including human beings too at the earth’s surface are increasing every minute and is leading to slow down the revolution rate of our planet.
Note that, the population and pollution are not just affecting our livelihood at the basic level but it will be going to affect us on a bigger level not now but later for sure.
However, the effects of slowing down of the revolution rate will not be effective much as it changes for 17 milliseconds every 100 years.
